Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Hori Lal Sharma, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 0008 of 2024, under Sections 307 IPC and section 4/25 of Arms Act, Police Station- Narval, District- Kanpur Nagar, during pendency of trial. There is allegation in the F.I.R. regarding making on the attempt on the life of the victim. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the victim has been examined as P.W.- 3 before the trial court and has been declared hostile. She has not supported the prosecution case. The applicant is the brother-in-law(devar) of the victim. He has been falsely implicated in this case. He has no criminal history to his credit and is languishing in jail since 03.02.2024
