This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Badshah Alias Nadeem , seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 693 of 2024 , under Sections 115 (2), 352, 351, 61 (2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3/4 of the Uttar Pradesh Prohibition of Unlaful Confesion of Religion Act, Police Station Vijay Nagar, District Ghaziabad. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 21.9.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that victim in her statement recorded under Section 183 of BNSS has levelled allegation of committing rape again
