The present bail application has been filed by accused-applicant, Ajay Kumar Yadav, seeking bail in Case Crime No.42 of 2024, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C. and Section 6/10 of the U.P. Public Examination Act (hereinafter referred to as, "the Act"), P.S. Banshdeeh Road, District Ballia. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the co- accused, Angad Sahni, has been granted bail by this Court on 19.11.2024 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 30793 of 2024. The case of the applicant stands on identical footing, hence the applicant is also entitled for bail on the ground of parity for the reasons given in bail application of co-accused. The applicant is languishing in jail since 18.02.2024. Learned AGA has opposed the prayer for bail
