The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Shiva, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case No. 312 of 2023-2024, under Sections- 8/22/23 of N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station- Custom Department Nichlaul, District- Maharajganj, pendency of trial. 3. There are allegations against the applicant that he was found in possession of (i) 192 injections of 2 ml of diazapalm, total weight- 384 gm; (ii) 196 injections of 2 ml of talgesic (buprenorphine), total weight – 392 gm; and (iii) 198 injections of 2 ml of phenergan (promethazine), total weight – 990 gm.
