The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Jagannath Lodhi, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 80/2024, under Sections, 354 of 504 of IPC, and 10 of POCSO Act, Police Station Kokhraj, District- Kaushambi, during pendency of trial. There is allegation against the applicant of outraging the modesty of a minor girl. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that mother of the victim has been examined before the trial court, but she has not supported the prosecution case The applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. He has no criminal history to his credit and is languishing in jail since 13.04.2024. The trial in the aforesaid case is not likely to be concluded in near future.
