The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Bijendra, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 04 of 2024, under Sections 147, 302, 120-B IPC, Police Station Knowledge Park, District- Gautam Budh Nagar, during pendency of trial. There are allegations in the FIR that the information was given to informant by co-accused, Mohit Bhati that his son, Vikarm Chauhan, is being assaulted by the applicant and other co-accused named in the FIR. His brother was found murdered near a J
