The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Yunus @ Bablu, with a prayer to release him on bail in B.A. No.1177 of 2024, Case Crime No. 79 of 2024, under Sections 3/5/8 U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955, Police Station- Simbhawali, District- Hapur, during pendency of trial. Applicant has been implicated under the Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act. He was not arrested from the spot. He was named by the co-accused. Applicant has criminal history of 18 cases and he is in jail since 11.04.2024. . It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is quite innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case by the informant with ulterior motive.
