The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Lavkush Yadav Alias Lalla, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.206 of 2023, under Section 307 IPC and Section 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station Utraon, District- Allahabad, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of causing fire arm injury on the left knee of the injured. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the dispute took place between the parties, as a result of sudden provocation resulting in firing. There was no intention to cause death of anyone. The applicant has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motives.
