The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Nand Kishore, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 19 of 2024, under Sections 354-A, 506 of IPC and section 7/8 of POCSO Act, Police Station- Govind Nagar, District- Kanpur Nagar, during pendency of trial. There is allegation against the applicant that he was trying to outrage the modesty of a minor girl. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that it is a case of false implication.
