Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Abdul Malik, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 164 of 2024, under Sections , 3,5,8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955 and section 4/25 Arms Act Police Station. Rail bazar , District-Kanpur Nagar, during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the co-accused, Mohammad Rizwan, has been granted bail by this Court on 21.3.2025 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.47573 of 2024. The case of the applicant stands on identical footing, hence the applicant is also entitled for bail on the ground of parity for the reasons given in bail application of co-accused.
