The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Sonu, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 507 of 2013 under Sections 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities(Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Partapur, District- Meerut, pendency of trial. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart the applicant is said to have been involved in three criminal cases in which he has already been enlarged on bail by the court concerned. Apart from three cases, the applicant has criminal history of 25 cases. Learned counsel for the applicant has further submitted that he could not get the details of the other cases.
