The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Arvind Kumar, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.59 of 2024, under Sections 323, 307 IPC and 3/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station Pisawa, District- Aligarh, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of making attempt on life of his wife. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that injuries suffered by the injured were not grievous in nature. The victim was discharged on same day. The dispute took place between couple on account of sudden provocation. The applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. He has criminal history of one case to his credit, wherein he has already been acquitted and is languishing in jail since 01.5.2
