Learned counsel for the applicant submits that dispute took place all of sudden during the marriage ceremony with regard to the playing of song between applicant and the injured. There was no premeditated motive. Offence was caused under the range of anger. Two incised wounds were suffered by the injured. None of the injury was found to be grievous in nature.
