The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Tola Khan @ Nabi Hasan, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 0199 of 2023 under Sections 3(1) of U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities(Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Shahzad Nagar, District- Rampur pendency of trial. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart the applicant is said to have been involved in one criminal cases in which he has already been enlarged on bail by the court concerned. Apart from one cases, the applicant has criminal history of thirty seven cases. He has falsely been implicated in the present case due to police rivalry. The applicant is not a member of any gang. He
