Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Dev Kant Trigunait, Advocate, holding brief of Sri Lakshmi Kant Trigunait, learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 and learned A.G.A. for the State. There are allegations against the applicant of outraging modesty of minor girl aged about 5 years. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he is a guard in housing society and because of some dispute of the informant side with his employer he was falsely implicated. He is in jail since 28.03.2024 and has no criminal history to his credit. Learned AGA has opposed the prayer for bail but could not dispute the above submissions.
