There are allegations against the applicant of committing the offence of murder of one person along with co-accused, Sumit and Ankit Tyagi. Sri N.I. Jafri, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Sri Sadrul Islam Jafri, counsel for the applicant submits that in the F.I.R the role of shooting of the deceased has been assigned to co- accused, Ankit Tyagi, who has already been enlarged on bail by this court vide Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 19244 of 2024. After 18 days of the incident, statement of Shoeb, alleged eye-witness, was recorded wherein he has assigned same role to the applicant. He has submitted that role has been reversed after 18 days due to ulterior motives. The applicant has been falsely implicated in this case.
