The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Vinod Kumar Yadav, with a prayer to release him on bail in N.C.B. No. 04 of 2024, under Sections- 8/20/25/29 of N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station- N.C.B., Lucknow /Varanasi. 3. There is allegation in the recovery memo on secret information that one person in a truck is going from Odisha to Prayagraj carrying heavy quantity of ganja, the truck was intercepted and the applicant was found on driver seat. On the back side of driver seat 8 packets of brown colour were recovered. Total 27 packets of different weights amounting to 135 kg of ganja were recovered. Recovery memo was prepared on the spot and signature of accused and raiding team were made thereon.
