There are allegations against the applicant of outraging modesty of minor girl aged about 12 years. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that parties are belong to same locality. On account of neighbourily dispute petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He is in jail since 21.11.2023 and criminal history of two cases. Learned AGA has opposed the prayer for bail but could not dispute the above submissions.
