Heard learned counsel for the applicant; learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record. There are allegations against the applicant in the FIR that different amounts have been transferred in certain bank accounts. During investigation, it was found that in account in the name of the applicant, amount of Rs.15,48,785/- was transferred. In case the applicant deposits an amount of Rs. 10 lacs before C.J.M., Lalitpur as pre-condition for grant of bail, he shall be enlarged on bail. Learned AGA has opposed the prayer for bail but could not dispute the above submissions.
