The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Sachin, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 222 of 2022, under Section 377 IPC and 5m/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Sikandara, District- Kanpur Dehat, during pendency of trial.
