The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Ogendra Gupta @ Nanhe, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 307 of 2023, under Section- 363,376(DA) I.P.C.,and section 5Chha/ 6 POCSO Act Police Station - Madanapur, District - Shahjahanpur. There are allegations against the applicant of committing offence of rape. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that victim went to Delhi with applicant on her sweet will.Applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. This Court after hearing the learned counsels for the parties does not finds any ground for enlarging the applicant on bail at this stage. Victim is minor and her consent is immaterial. The bail application is accordingly, rejected. The trial court is directed to conclude the trial against the applicant as expeditiously
