Heard Sri Avnish Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Anit Kumar Shukla, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.0182 of 2024, under Sections 452, 376, 354(C), 509, 506 and 386 I.P.C., Police Station Pallavpuram, District Meerut, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about 1 month and 20 days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. Even the application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. was moved after a delay of about 1 month and 11 days i.e. on 25.06.2024. Learned counsel has further stated that there is no proper compliance of Section 154(3) Cr.P.C. as the said application to S.S.
