Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Anubhav Mittal, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.356 of 2017, under Sections 420, 406 IPC and Sections 3/4 of Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, Police Station Civil Lines, District- Muzaffarnagar, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of committing the offence of cheating and criminal breach of trust against the investors in his company. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case alongwith about 300 cases. He has been granted bail in about 220 cases. He is languishing in jail since 12.11.2020. In case, the applicant is released on bail, he will not misuse the liberty of bail.
