Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.418 of 2024, under Sections 376, 506 I.P.C., Police Station- Khadda, District- Kushinagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about eight months and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The FIR has been instituted after moving an application U/s 156(3) Cr.P.C. The victim seems to be a consenting party and she is a married lady having two children from her marriage. 5.
