Applicant seeks bail in Special Trial No.130 of 2024, arising out of Case Crime No.338 of 2024, under Sections 64, 332B, 351(3), 115(2) B.N.S. and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station- Bhogaon, District- Mainpuri, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have outraged the modesty of the victim and attempted to commit rape with her on 16.7.2024 at about 02:00 p.m. On hearing her shrieks, brother of the victim reached there, as such, applicant left the place of occurrence. 5.
