Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant was not arrested from spot and also not named in the F.I.R. Number of co-accused have already been enlarged on bail. The applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. He has criminal history of 39 cases to his credit and is languishing in jail since19.05.2022.
