Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 230 of 2024, U/S 137(2), 87, 351(2), 64 B.N.S., 2023 and 5m/6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Police Station Makkhanpur, District Firozabad, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 6. The applicant is stated to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant, aged about 13 years, on 2.9.2024 at about 2.00 am. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 7. The applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case wi
