The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Preet Van, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 348 of 2023, under Sections 376 of IPC and 3/4(2) of POCSO Act, Police Station- Adampur, District- Amroha, during pendency of trial. There is allegation against the applicant of committing the offence of rape against a minor girl. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the medical report of victim does not supports the prosecution case at all.
