Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned A.G.A for the State and perused the material placed on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Gajendra Singh @ Bhola, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 311 of 2017, under Sections 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities(Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Kotwali Dehat, District- Etah, pendency of trial. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart the applicant is said to have been involved in 3 criminal cases in which he has already been enlarged on bail by the court concerned.
