This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Narendra Kumar Yadav, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.222 of 2024, under Sections 3/5A/8/5B of Prevention of Cow Slaughtr Act, 1955, Police Station Bhawarkoal, District Ghazipur. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 12.12.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that as per prosecution version, the FIR has been lodged by the first informant namely, Omveer Singh, Sub Inspector on 12.12.2024 at about 15:42 hours, against three accused persons including the applicant. Th
