The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 0117 of 2024, under Section 103(1) BNS, Police Station- Sahpau, District- Hathras during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that on the basis of false allegation, applicant has been made accused in the present matter along with co-accused Deepak Sharma Alias Deepa. He further submitted that it is a case of circumstantial evidence and there is no cogent circumstance against the applicant on record. He further submitted that after considering entire facts of the case in detail, co-accused Deepak Sharma Alias Deepa has been released on bail
