The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Rajkumar @ Rajkumar Bharti, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 571 of 2022, under Sections 376(2)(F), 376(2)(N), 376(3), 323, 504 IPC and 6 POCSO Act, Police Station Rath, District- Hamirpur, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of committing the offence of rape against his daughter.
