The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Chhote Lal, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 0048 of 2024, under Sections 376 of IPC, Police Station- Shirsaganj, District- Firozabad, during pendency of trial. There is allegation against the applicant of committing the offence of rape against the victim. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the victim and the applicant were found in compromising position by the nephew of the victim. In order to save herself from social ignominy, the victim has lodged the F.I.R. against the applicant. Thereafter, the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case
