This bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Sanoor Khan, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 343 of 2024, under Section 3, 5A, 5B, 8 of Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 of the Prevention of Animal Cruelty Act, 1960, P.S.- Alinagar, District- Chandauli, during pendency of the trial in the Court below. 3. The allegation made in the FIR is that on 17.12.2024 at about 14:00 hours, the applicant along with other co-accused persons were taking few cows in one Truck No. UP-21-CN-4064 for the purpose of slaughtering from U.P. to Bihar and when the police party tried to check the vehicle, two persons were arrested and one person run away from the spot and thereafter police has recovered 31 cows from the all
