Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State. There is allegation against the applicant that he was found in possession of illegal arms. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he has been falsely implicated in this case by the police.The applicant is in jail since 19.3.2024 and has criminal history of four cases to his credit which has been explained in paragraph-17 of the bail application.. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail.
