The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Ramgopal Pandey, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 06 of 2024, under Sections- 8/20/24/29 N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station- Babhani, District- Sonbhadra, pendency of trial. 3. There are allegations in the F.I.R that on prior information the N.C.B team intercepted the truck wherefrom 200 kg of ganja was recovered packed in 10 bags containing 200 packets each.
