Hon'ble Siddharth,J. Learned A.G.A. informs that notice has been served upon the informant but no one appears on his behalf. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State. There are allegations against the applicant of committing unnatural offence against the victim. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that medical report does not supports the prosecution case.The applicant is in jail since 2.2.2024 and has criminal history of one case to his credit. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail.
