Bail Application No. 11167 of 2025 on 7.4.2025 and the case of the applicant stands on identical footing, hence the applicant is also entitled for bail for the reasons given in bail application of co- accused on the ground of parity. The applicant is in jail since 12.11.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant states that applicant has criminal history of five cases while A.G.A. has pointed out that applicant has criminal history of six cases.
