Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.311 of 2022, under Sections 363, 376 I.P.C. and 5(m) & 6 POCSO Act, Police Station- Phase-2 Noida, District- Gautam Buddh Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the FIR was instituted against unknown person by the informant regarding missing of his daughter since 29.7.2022 at 06:00 p.m. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
