The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Pramod Kushwaha, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.202 of 2023, under Sections 363, 366, 376(3), 323, 504, 506 IPC and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Baruasagar, District- Jhansi, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of committing the offence of rape against a minor girl. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that before the trial court, victim has been examined as PW-3. She has not made any allegation of rape against the applicant. He has been falsely implicated in this case. He has no criminal history to
