The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants, Shankar Rai and Sushil Shah, with a prayer to release them on bail in Case Crime No. 153 of 2024, under Sections- 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of IPC, and section 3/4/25 of Arms Act, Police Station- Kotwali, District-Ballia, during pendency of trial. Recovery of 71 ATM cards have been made out from the joint possession of the two accused including the applicant. Learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that the alleged recovery is not connected to any criminal case. The applicant has been falsely implicated in this case.
