This bail application has been preferred by the accused-applicant, Sonu Gupta @ Rajat, who is involved in Case Crime No. 285 of 2023 under Sections 8/20/23/29 N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station- Kolhui, District- Maharajganj. There is allegation of recovery of 56 Kg. Charas from the possession of the applicant. No proceeding of sample was drawn. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive, on the basis of false and planted recovery of 56 Kg. Charas and there is no public witness of the alleged recovery.
