The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Motu Kanjad, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 367 of 2023, under Sections 364-A, 302, 201 IPC, Police Station Bilhaur, District- Kanpur Nagar, during pendency of trial. There are allegation against the applicant of abduction of brother of informant and his subsequent murder. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that skeleton was recovered on 23.12.2023 and thereafter FIR was lodged on 24.12.2024 alleging that the brother of the informant was abducted by the applicant.
