The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Dasarath Saini, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 19 of 2024 under Sections 420, 467, 34 of IPC and section 66-D of I.T. Act, Police Station- Cyber Crime Police, District- Ghaziabad, during pendency of trial. There are allegations in the F.I.R. regarding commission of offence of online fraud. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the name of applicant has surfaced during investigation. Chargesheet has already been submitted. The applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. He has no criminal history to his credit and is languishing in jail since 07.03.2024.
