This bail application under Section 439 of Criminal Procedure Code has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 04 of 2024, under Sections 7/27 of Arms Act, Police Station -Charra, District -Aligarh. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent; he has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number due to enmity and is languishing in jail since 03.01.2024; he has criminal history of nine cases including the present one, which is clearly explained in para no. 2 of the supplementary affidavit, and in some of them applicant is on bail and there is no likelihood of his fleei
