Supplementary affidavit filed by learned counsel for the applicant, which is taken on record. 2. Heard Shri Rakesh Kumar Maurya, learned counsel for the applicant, Shri Anil Kumar Singh, learned AGA for the State- respondents and perused the record. 3. This bail application under Section 439 of Criminal Procedure Code has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 04 of 2024, under Sections 7/27 of Arms Act, Police Station -Charra, District -Aligarh. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent; he has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number due to enmity and is languishing in jail since 03.01.2024; he has criminal history of nine cases including the present one, which is clearly explained in para no. 2 of the supplementary affidavit, and in some of them applicant is on bail and there is no likelihood of his fleei
