The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Pramod Kumar, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 56 of 2024, under Sections 354, 354-B, 323, 506 of IPC and 9M/10 of POCSO Act, and 3(2)5A of SC/ST Act, Police Station- Kakor,, District- Bulandshahar, during pendency of trial. There is allegation against the applicant of outraging the modesty of a girl. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case on account of village politics.
