The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Vijay Hari Kishan, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 95 of 2023, under Sections 324, 504, 302 IPC and 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station Ecotech-III, District- Gautam Budh Nagar, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant that he went inside the room of the deceased and after verbal altercation between two, he stabbed him by knife and he died resultantly on the next day. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that deceased and applicant were well known each other. There was no intention to cause murder of the deceased. After heated arguments, in the fit of anger, the applicant committed the alleged offence. He has no criminal history to his credit and is languish
