The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Smt Kunnidevi Alias Urmila Devi, with a prayer to release her on bail in Case Crime No. 90 of 2023, under Sections 498-A, 304-B, 302, 323 IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Sunngarhi, District- Kasganj, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of committing the offence of dowry death of her daughter-in-law. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that before the trial court, PW-1, PW-2 & PW-3, who are father, mother and brother of the deceased, have been examined.
