Act registered at Police Station Babhani, District Sonbhadra. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has been falsely implicated and nothing incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of applicant. The applicant is neither driver nor owner of the alleged vehicle.
