Learned AGA informs that notice on opposite party no.2 has been served personally but no one has turned up to oppose this bail application. The allegation against the applicant of committing offence of rape against minor girl. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that as per allegation in the first information report applicant is alleged to have taken the minor child to the Bazara field and committed alleged offence. He further submits there is not a scratch found on the body of the victim. In case incident took place in the field of Bazara some injury would have been found on her person. From the medical report no internal injury has been found which may prove the commission of offence. Applicant is in jail since 23.10.2023 and has no criminal history to his credit.
